For returns on ThermoChill products, if you are a retail customer please contact the retailer from which you purchased the equipment. Proof of Purchase is REQUIRED (Order Number / Receipt from retail outlet).

Please note, punctured cores due to incorrect use of screws is NOT covered under RMA as is a case of user error, but can be repaired for a small fee.

Trade Returns should contact rma@thermochill.com or the main distribution outlet in their country as listed on the Distributors page.

All ThermoChill products bear a standard 12month warranty.
