Official Press Release - 11th September
2007
ThermoChill would like to stress that the current
shortage of our radiators overseas (especially
US / Canada) over the past few months should not
be attributed to our US distributor, DangerDen.
It is simply that our radiators are in too much
demand and we cannot keep up with production to
meet this demand. We are currently investigating
several avenues to resolve this issue, but all
possible solutions WILL take time to implement.
We ask customers to bear this in mind and to have
patience whilst waiting for ThermoChill products,
and ask that customers please avoid placing the
blame incorrectly on DangerDen. We provide them
with as many radiators as we are able, and sadly
this often doesn't meet the quantity ordered. We
are working thru the backlog of backorders at the
moment to aim to catch up and restore a steady
flow of stock to the US, but increasing demand
worldwide makes it very difficult to get large
quantities out in one shipment. The simple fact
of the matter is, no matter which company is importing
our radiators for US distribution, they would face
the same issues with inadequate supplies of our
products.
We ARE working on a way to resolve the current
situation, but as stressed, there is nothing that
can be done short-term to increase availability.
All solutions are long term... but ultimately we
hope to have everything resolved and a steady outflow
that exceeds demand by 2008.
