Replacement Performance Shroud for Thermochill PA120 Series Radiators.

Please note, shrouds are not necessary for PA Series rads. They are an optional extra. Our radiators function perfectly fine without the additional performance shroud. The shroud can gain you 2% in performance at extremely low CFM ranges.

Shroud fabricated from sheet steel and black powder-coated (other finishes coming soon)

Elevates fans from PA120.x core surface by an additional 40mm to further reduce noise and provide more even airflow distribution across core surface area.

Neoprene Fan Gaskets Available to further reduce vibration noise and provide total airseal of fan to shroud and shroud to radiator.

Additional self-adhesive Neoprene Gaskets to use with any ThermoChill HE series rad or PS series shroud. (Please note, the relevant gasket is included as standard with the latest HE Series rads)

Useage: Peel off ONE EDGE of the length of the gasket. Stick this to the radiator, ensuring the inner edge of the gasket aligns to the inner edge of the radiator sidewall. STRETCH the gasket across the width of the radiator, peeling away the backing as you go, and stick down the opposite side ensuring again that the inner edge of the gasket aligns to the inner lip of the sidewall. Stretching the gasket ensures an airtight seal between fans.

This tubing has several benefits to your watercooling enthusiast kit's performance.

It's low cost!

It's ID matches the ID of most 1/2" hose barbs giving a smoother flow path

As it's slightly smaller than 1/2", simply heat up the tubing in warm water before pushing over barbs. Once it's shrunk down, it provides a snug tight seal generally abolishing the need for hoseclamps

It has a very nice bend radius for tight bends without kinking

Altho it's OD difference to 1/2" Tygon etc is minimal, it is sufficient to make for a cleaner looking, less cluttered system

1/2" ID Steel Reinforced Hose
Priced per foot, this PVC Tubing features a spiral of reinforced steel built into it's wall, which doesn't come into contact with your coolant so no risks involved either.

This strong spiral prevents any chance of kinking and allows for much tighter bend radius' (1" or less is easily do-able). That and it's dirt cheap compared to ClearFlex & Tygon...
