Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, and PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling Shipping is performed via a combination of CityLink for UK Deliveries, and ParcelForce for Overseas Deliveries. You are charged purely on a weight basis.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to reach you within 3 business days . European orders are generally received in under 12 days. Orders despatched to addresses outside Europe can take upto 28 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
1 - If it is agreed that the goods are to be returned :-
a) a Goods Return number obtained from the Seller must be clearly shown on the returned parcels.
b) the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying any damage to the Goods returned where such damage has, in the opinion of the Seller, been caused by the Goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer or through the Buyer’s fault.
c) the Seller reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 15% on Goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required. If the goods are faulty or being returned under clause 2 then the restocking charge will not apply.
d) the Seller reserves the right to make a £15 processing fee on goods returned and deemed to have no fault.

2 - If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel your contract with ThermoChill and receive a refund. You must contact us and inform us in writing of your desire to cancel your contract within 7 working days of receipt of the relevant product(s). You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.
